Our Bachelor of Science in Public Health program offers a concentration in health education and health promotion. Our program is a traditional, on campus program with optional hybrid and online courses to accommodate students. Our program prepares students to: demonstrate effective communication skills; identify and utilize essential public health services to protect and improve the health of the population; use research tools and analytical methods to critically analyze, monitor and assess the health status of populations; additionally, we prepare students to research, create, implement and evaluate health education/promotion programs. We offer practicum and research opportunities, with placement locally as well as internationally. Our program is aligned with CEPH recommendations.
