Community health is the applied science of protecting and promoting the health and wellness of individuals, families, and populations using evidence-based health promotion and disease prevention programs and policies. Our program is interdisciplinary and challenges students to consider the biological, environmental, and social determinants of health. We are a liberal arts institution that offers small classroom instruction, service learning projects, and community internships.
