The EMU Master of Public Health in Health Education (MPH) program embraces the basic concept that informed decision-making, health-related behavior and environmental changes are critical to our nation’s ability to eliminate health disparities and achieve an optimal level of health for all people. The program prepares culturally competent health education professionals who can partner with individuals and communities to prevent disease and injury, and promote health. The Master of Science in Health Education requires 36 hours of graduate coursework including either a thesis, graduate project or internship option. Classes are scheduled for the working adult and are held on weekday evenings. Graduate assistantships are available.
