The B.S. in Health Studies program integrates courses from Healthcare Management, Public Health and Health Promotion into a well-rounded curriculum that prepares students to work in a variety of work settings, including hospitals, clinics, public health departments, worksite wellness programs, and community health programs. Graduates of the BSHS have the skills and knowledge to create healthy worksites and communities that are defined by physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The BSHS is a transfer friendly program that maintains a high level of academic integrity and is designed for working professionals who have opportunity for career advancement with a college degree as well as students seeking employment in the allied health field.
